  • FurrBae is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Vet Consultations & Liability

  • Consultations are provided by third-party licensed veterinarians.
  • FurrBae is a facilitator and not a healthcare provider.
  • We do not guarantee immediate vet availability.
  • Vet advice is based on the information you provide; FurrBae is not liable for incorrect diagnoses or outcomes.
  • Always seek emergency in-person care when needed.
  • Users agree that consultations are not substitutes for emergency or in-clinic treatment.

6. Payments, Wallet & Refunds

  • Services may require payment via our in-app wallet system.
  • Users must ensure sufficient wallet balance to proceed with bookings.
  • In case no vet is available after payment, the amount is automatically refunded to the wallet.
  • Wallet balances are non-withdrawable and can only be used for FurrBae services.
  • We are not responsible for failed payments due to third-party gateways.

7. User Content & Community Rules

  • Users may post text, images, and stories in communities and scrapbook.
  • You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • FurrBae reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
  • Content that violates Indian cyber law, defames others, or spreads misinformation is strictly prohibited.

All content on the app/website including logos, illustrations, blogs, and designs are owned by FurrBae. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

All applicable taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be levied as per prevailing Indian laws. Prices displayed for services on the FurrBae platform may be inclusive or exclusive of GST. The applicable GST amount, if any, will be clearly shown to the user during the final step of booking or payment.

FurrBae reserves the right to modify pricing and tax structure in line with regulatory changes. Users acknowledge that they are not eligible to claim GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) unless otherwise specified or enabled through business accounts. In case of consulting services provided by third-party veterinarians, such professionals are responsible for complying with their own GST liabilities and invoicing obligations.
